GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS – TOURIST ACCOMMODATION (VALENCIAN COMMUNITY)
1. Purpose
These conditions regulate the booking of tourist accommodation in accordance with the regulations in force in Spain and, in particular, in the Valencian Community.

The property has the corresponding tourist registration number and complies with the applicable regional regulations.
3. Reservation and payment
The reservation shall be considered confirmed once the payment of the amount established as a deposit has been received.
The remaining amount must be paid prior to arrival or at check-in, as agreed.
Failure to pay within the established deadlines may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
4. Price
The rental price includes the use of the property, basic utilities (water, electricity and gas), as well as the equipment described.
Additional services not expressly specified are not included.
Stays of less than 7 days are subject to a 30% surcharge on the price shown on the website.
Stays during the period between June 15 and September 15 may not be shorter than 7 days.
For the period between June 15 and September 15, specific check-in and check-out days have been established: check-in days are the 1st, 8th, 16th and 24th of each month, and check-out days are the 8th, 15th, 23rd and 30th or 31st of each month.
5. Delivery of the accommodation
The accommodation will be delivered clean and properly equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment.
Bath towels and one set of bed linen per person are included in the price.
Requests for additional linen may involve an extra cost.
6. Special requests
Requests regarding high or low floors, … and other types of requests will be taken into consideration, but in no case are they guaranteed.
7. Maximum occupancy
Occupying the accommodation with a number of persons exceeding that established in the reservation will result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of the rental amount.
8. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in takes place from 17:00 hours. Check-out is at 10:00 hours in the morning.
For arrivals before 17:00 hours, please consult the office.
For arrivals outside office hours, a key collection box is available. If you require personal reception and assistance outside these hours, a supplement of €80 will be charged.
8. Guest registration
In compliance with current public security regulations, all guests must provide their identification details and sign the registration form.
They will receive a link via email to register all occupants of the apartment 15 days prior to the arrival date.
This registration must be completed at least 5 days prior to the arrival date.
9. Security deposit
A deposit of €200 may be required as a guarantee for possible damages or breaches.
This deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 30 days after departure, once the condition of the accommodation has been verified.
10. Use of the property
The property is intended exclusively for tourist use.
It is prohibited to:
• Exceed the maximum number of authorized occupants.
• Hold parties or carry out disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities.
• Sublet the property in whole or in part.
11. House rules
Guests must respect the rules of the community of owners, avoiding noise and behavior that may disturb coexistence, especially during nighttime hours.
12. Liability
The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture or facilities during their stay.
The management company shall not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to the guests’ personal belongings.
13. Cancellations and modifications
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the agency will refund the tenant the amount received as a deposit, and may retain, as compensation:
- 50% of the deposit will be retained if the cancellation is made between 30 and 45 days prior to the scheduled occupancy date of the accommodation.
- 100% of the deposit will be retained if the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled occupancy date of the accommodation.
14. Pets
Pets are subject to prior express authorization by the management company.
15. Right of admission
The management company reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance with these conditions or inappropriate behavior.
16. Data protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that the data controller is PARADERO DE IFACH INMOBILIARIA S.L. The data provided will be used for the management of the reservation and accommodation, as well as for accounting, tax and administrative purposes derived from this relationship. The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and for compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR). Your data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and objection by contacting mail@paraderodeifach.com. 17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Denia.
18. Acceptance
The formalization of the reservation implies full acceptance of these general conditions.
